If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or change your item. Return Authorization Number should be requested within 3 days after the receipt of your order.
*** Shipping and customs taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, when we get back your item, return customs duties charges and shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount!***
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The Item must be in its original purchase condition, UNUSED, without scratches, including its original product tag, dust bag and security tag. Returns that are damaged, soiled or used may not be accepted and may be send back to the customer.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 48 hours from delivery. Please provide your order and tracking number. We highly advise customers not to accept parcels that show any signs of damage. Signing for these items will void your right to return or exchange the items.
We will issue a refund, excluding original delivery and customs taxes charges, on receipt of the item within 5 days.

Please note, customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back please:
- Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item.
- Pack your item and put invoice into a box.
- On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to Italy".
